1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are required.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days working days after order processing.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after order processing. Additional charges may apply.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, typically  7-21 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Tib-ul-Arab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at tibularab@gmail.com. Please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address.

Restricted Items: Some products may be restricted in certain regions due to regulatory policies. If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you and work with you to find a solution.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tib-ul-Arab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For added security, we recommend choosing delivery options that require a signature.

8. Delayed or Damaged Shipments

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international shipments. If your package is delayed, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

9. International Customs and Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and related fees may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at tibularab@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our Return Policy to initiate a return.
